The smoothie brand said it is aiming to widen the ‘Innocent family’, the list of customers it contacts by email, from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of people over the coming months.
The appointment follows Innocent’s hunt for its first direct marketing agency at the end of last year. Pure 360 has been working with the brand since October 2004.
Pure360.com will work with Liquid Communications, the direct marketing agency newly appointed by Innocent after a four-way pitch, providing its system and technology to run Innocent’s email marketing campaigns.

Pure and Liquid will be aiming to increase Innocent’s online loyalty base via on-pack activity, e-mail marketing and direct mail.
