The president’s disgust at Wall Street looters was good. But we need more. We need disgorgement.

The president needs to think like Andrew Cuomo. “ ‘Performance bonus’ for many of the C.E.O.’s is an oxymoron
“I would tell them, a) you don’t deserve a bonus, b) where are you going to go? and c) if you want to go, go.”
