Your response, as Expeditor or SMS Guide, should always be:
"Palm Keywords: It appears that you tried to send a keyword like CLAUS, MYWISH, or WISH2. Pls remove any sigs or extras and resend". This is because the correct Keyword is required for the user to actually be registered.
