Amish Cornbread


1 cup Amish batter *
2 eggs
1-1/2 c. milk
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup flour
1-1/2 c. cornmeal


Combine in large bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.


Add:
1/4 cup oil
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder


Mix well. Pour in well-greased 9" pan. Bake at 425 degreesF 25-30 minutes.
