Magento Hosting : How to get Category image at top menu?

I have added new field ‘title_image’ in the Add/Edit category page of admin section. I am displaying the category top menu as left menu in the front end of the site, I want to display the newly added title image in the front end category left menu instead of category name. Please any body give the detailed to get the new field value.
